Larry Koopa is a hot-headed, sneaky creep. He more than makes up with underhandedness that which he lacks in brains. Truly His Skankiness is proud of this lad. But when you look into those blank dull eyes, you really get a sense that you're talking to the wall. Larry was known as Cheatsy in the Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World cartoon series.
