This is Wendy. She's Daddy's little girl who screams. When she's not having her way she works herself into this flailing, explosive screaming fit of unbridled rage. She keeps it up until Bowser just can't take it anymore and gives her what she wants. He defends it by saying it helps develop bad character and lets her learn how to behave as an improper young Koopa lady. I'd say she's got it down pat. Wendy's got such an over-inflated ego that it's hard for her to get up once in a while and do something evil for the family. Unless, of course, something catches her attention. She really hates Princess Toadstool and jumps at the opportunity to make her miserable.
Wendy was known as Kootie Pie in the Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World cartoon series.
