Chef Torte
Chef Torte, Master of Evil & Culinary Arts. The arrogant baker comes from his native homeland of Foreign Land, a small nation near the northern outskirts of Sky Land's planet-dwelling half. He is expertly trained in the Culinary Arts by his former master, Yev Kassem. After his training was complete, the Terrapin moved to Marrymore where he became the wedding hall's head chef, and he even took on his own apprentice. Proceeding his starring role in Super Mario RPG, Chef Torte entered a televised cook-a-thon in which he battled against his most hated rival, the Mushroom Kingdom's favorite cook, Tayce T. After losing most embarrassingly, the Chef Nazi turned villain and formed the infamous Team of Terror, as seen in The Good, The Bad & The Torte. Chef Torte looks out only for his own benefit and plans to conquer the planet and assume his rightful place as quote, "Most Groovylicious guy in ze whole freakin' univeirse, baby." After trying out a giant robot Yoshi and releasing ice demons after a pirate-esque adventure, the evil foreigner resides in his volcano lair in the tropical Isle Soshi, cooking up his most vile plan to enslave the masses.
