King Bowser Koopa:

Bowser Koopa is the supreme (and cool) dictator of the territory of Darkland, and the soon-to-be ruler of the entire Mushroom Kingdom as well.   Those puny Toads will all quake with fear as they are devastated by our army of evil Koopa warriors.  That is, of course, after we stop the stupid plumbers and get the Princess.
